Okay, I have a Fall Favorites Recipe for you today!
Pumpkin... anything pumpkin is a hit our family any time of the year.
So I usually make muffins with supper once or twice a week.Especially once it starts getting colder.
So last week at the grocery store there was a pumpkin bread mix in a box.
I bought it and made then and they were okay.... but dry.
Like extra butter dry.
Quick, easy but what a let down.
So this week I made them with my recipe and wow... they were that much better. You will not have dry muffins with these... they don't even need the butter!
Brooke's Bisquick Pumpkin Muffins....3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1 small can of pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix all together for a heavy batter.
Spoon into 12 muffin tins.
Bake at 350 degrees till firm.
But I would not count on leftovers!
Thanks So Much For Visiting!
