Country Cooking - Bisquick Pumpkin Muffins

Okay, I have a Fall Favorites Recipe for you today!
This is the first in a new series I will be doing called "Country Cooking!"

Pumpkin... anything pumpkin is a hit our family any time of the year.
And we are BREAD LOVERS.... period.
So I usually make muffins with supper once or twice a week.
Especially once it starts getting colder.
So last week at the grocery store there was a pumpkin bread mix in a box.
I bought it and made then and they were okay.... but dry.
Like extra butter dry.
Quick, easy but what a let down.
So this week I made them with my recipe and wow... they were that much better.
You will not have dry muffins with these... they don't even need the butter!

Brooke's Bisquick Pumpkin Muffins....

3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1 small can of pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix all together for a heavy batter.
Spoon into 12 muffin tins.
Bake at 350 degrees till firm.
These are great for breakfast too.
But I would not count on leftovers!

Thanks So Much For Visiting!
