New Blog Layout and Artist Info

Cottage Garden III

I wanted to let you know where I got the cute images I used for the new blog graphics.  They are from an artist named Gina Jane Johnson.

She is the owner of www.daisiecompany.com

She is a very talented lady, but more than that…she does a bunch of “garden style” art!  So if you do digital scraping (like I do) or are looking for images for your blog, please check her out.  They are not free, this kit was $6.00.  But if you click on the big graphic, you will see it has a bunch in it.  Needless to say I am becoming a fan of Gina’s work.

Thanks for the nice comments, it has taken me the better part of two days, but I like how it has turned out.

I have the width at 1024, it looks good on my screen….does it on yours?

Let me know.

Love the new graphics. Very pretty! And thanks for all the pics of all the wonderful things you have done around your house. Very nice. I wish I had that much yard to work with. Lucky you. :)

Have a great weekend!

You are going to have to give us a lesson on how you do all this creative stuff on your blog. Do you have to be a programmer! It is all very pretty. I love the cone flowers down the sides.

I do love the new blog look! Great deal and it is very unique and creative!!!

It took me a long time to decide to do a blog. I came to this with a promise to myself. This is to be a creative outlet, a place to share ideas and enjoy the company of new friends. I will not be posting anything not 100% family safe. I will never post any name, pictures, locations or information of anyone I know in my day to day life, especially my family. It is not that I have anything to hide, but I have everything to protect. In this day and age you cannot be too careful. So, if you "really do know me" and want to post a comment, please leave any names or information about me or you out. Just call or email me and I'm sure I'd love to hear from you too!
